Huayang Machinery provides you with30-Day Return Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can apply for a return according to the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility
   • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Huayang Machinery.
   • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, accessories, and related documentation.
2. Returnable Items
   • The product has manufacturing defects or damage during transportation.
   • The received product style, model, or color does not match the order.
   • The product is unused and does not meet your expectations.
3. Non-returnable items
   • Products damaged or modified by the customer.
   • Consumable items (such as blades, filters, etc.), unless there is a manufacturing defect.
   • Customized or personalized products, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
4. Return process
   • Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package and include a copy of the proof of purchase.
5. Shipping Responsibility
   • If the return is due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect delivery, Huayang Machinery will bear the return shipping costs.
   • If the return is due to the customer's own reasons (such as mispurchase, change of needs), the customer shall bear the shipping costs.
