Return Policy

Hwa Yang Machinery provides you with30 Days Return Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can apply for a return under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns
   • Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from BAWA MACHINERY.
   • Products must be in original, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories and related documentation.

   • There is a manufacturing defect or transportation damage to the product.
   • The style, model or color of the product received does not match the order.
   • Products that are not used and do not meet your expectations.
3. Non-returnable items
   • Products that have been damaged or modified by the customer.
   • Consumable items (e.g., knives, filters, etc.) unless there is a manufacturing defect.
   • Customized or personalized products, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
4. Returns Process
   • Contact our Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package and include a copy of the proof of purchase.
5. Transportation Responsibility
   • In the event of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage or misdelivery, Birch & Sun will be liable for return shipping charges.
   • If the return is due to the customer's own reasons (e.g. mis-purchase, change in demand), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
